The Terms and Conditions that follow govern your use of our website and its associated sites, services, applications, and tools. By using hytecautoservices.com, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read the Terms carefully, and do not use the Website if you do not agree with them.

We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements).

1. Used parts warranty subject to 3-10 days depending on the parts.
2. There will be no warranty on any parts provided by the customer himself.

Terms & Conditions:

TERMS OF ESTIMATE:
1. ALL DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS.
2. AFTER DISTMANTLING, IF ANY ADDITIONAL WORK, NOT COVERED BY THIS ESTIMATE, IS FOUND THE SAME WILL BE CHARGEABLE EXTRA AGAINST SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATE.
3. THIS ESTIMATE HAS NO VALIDITY AFTER 15 DAYS OF THE ISSUE. I/WE, HEREBY ACCEPT THE TERMS MENTIONED ABOVE.
4. IF THIS ESTIMATE EXCEEDS 2000 DIRHAMS, THEN BEFORE WE CAN PROCEED WITH THE REPAIRS, WE WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF TOTAL ESTIMATE

Customer Declaration:

I authorize the above work to be carried out and the necessary parts supplied. I understand all estimates furnished by you are only tentative & I agree to pay for the work, parts and materials necessary for the work to be carried out at your customary rules and charges and pay for the same, cash on delivery or Pay by CC ViSA card or any other source of payment cheques are not acceptable at all . If given estimate are not approved by me, I agree to pay for work carried out and the parts installed for estimation. Vehicles are driven at the owner’s risk. You will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property or personal effects left by me in the event of the fire, theft, accident, or other cases beyond our control. I will decide on the estimate provided by you within maximum 24 hours. I will collect the vehicle within 24 hours of it getting ready. I agree to pay custody charges of AED 100/- per day thereafter. I understand that HYTEC AUTO SERVICES shall exercise its right to take any and all legal actions provided under UAE law, which include confiscation of my vehicle for sale and collection of proceeds to cover any and all associated costs, if I do not collect the vehicle within 1 month from the date when the vehicle was ready, of if I do not approve the estimate within 1 month from receiving the estimate. Original parts warranty six(6)months Aftermarket(depends on product quality)parts three (3) months warranty, Used parts three to ten days warranty or depending on the part.
